Professional Experience
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
April 2023 - July 2023
Astana Motors
Astana Motors an excellent opportunity to bring agency experience to the client and optimize processes within a fast-growing multi-brand business MyCar within a group of companies. The chaotic flow of tasks needed to be streamlined.  I guided my colleagues to compile tasks in right way and prioritize them. Our archive is to create an autonomous system that could quickly and accurately carry out the company’s tasks. To reach it I worked with both creative team and management of other departments through workshops, sessions, brainstorms and daily routine. Also, one of the tasks was to bring the company to a unified style and strengthen the brand.  Due to different locations of stores and various of brands carried inside company, MyCar and Astana Motors itself were lost. To avoid it we created several guides for every possible case and material.
CREATIVE GROUP HEAD
March 2022 - January 2023
Grey G-Force advertising agency
Group head is a new level as creative in agency. In addition to my routine, I got more analytics and communication with the client. Plus, more responsibility for the entire team, including copywriters. Creating commercials and ads from scratch on one hand and managing working routing for team on another. During this period, my team created one of the most successful cases in the history of the agency for the client Magnum. More details about the case can be found in the portfolio.
ART DIRECTOR

April 2019 - March 2022
Grey G-Force advertising agency
As an art director I face a variety of challenges and interact with a diverse cast of clients every single day. I'm responsible for directing video ads and photo shoots, creating content for social media accounts, branding and packaging, developing concepts for brand new products ready to enter the market and supporting the already existing products by keeping them relevant with the target audience. I'm also a team player; I train and supervise the staff, make sure my team's time management is on point, collaborate with a copywriter, a group head and a creative director to brainstorm for extra ideas and activities.
ART DIRECTOR
May 2017 - March 2019
Technodom retail company
Working for a client as an art director is completely different than working for an agency. For one I had to perform a lot of the tasks typically assigned to account managers. My creative department team was quite large; it included designers, motion designers, newspaper typesetters and videographers. The biggest challenge was to collaborate with managers from all kinds of departments, not only with those involved in marketing. We covered everything in the company that had to do with design: concept development for all brand activities (digital, OOH, BTL, ATL), developing new brands from scratch, development and adaptation of all corporate identity materials. The sheer volume of our daily tasks was huge and I was immensely proud of my team, watching them overcome one challenge after another. We also worked closely with such retail partners and big brands as Apple, Huawei, Samsung, etc.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
September 2015 - May 2017
McCann advertising agency
Working as a graphic designer for an advertising agency I closely worked with big brands that required 360 degrees marketing services. I performed a variety of tasks, each of which helped me improve my skills: calendars. key visuals, outdoor advertising, SMM, branding, etc. Over time I felt more confident and more trusted in my work as my team chose to implement most of my ideas and concepts.
JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
December 2013 - March 2014
McCann advertising agency
As part of my studies I took an internship in the advertising agency McCann. It was a real pleasure to work in a team of highly creative professionals and help them out in various tasks. Some of my duties included participating in photo shoots and brand events, creating key visuals, adapting them to different kinds of media, etc.
JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
December 2012 - Febriary 2013
TBWA/CAC
During my studies I was immediately drawn to the fascinating world of advertising and media communications. It was a no-brainer to choose an advertising agency for my internship. I was immersed into the work and day-to-day life of the agency from the get-go taking part in various projects for pretty big clients. I worked with everything from leaflets and business cards to outdoor and in-store ads.

CANNES LIONS 2019
In 2019 I had my biggest adventure yet as a young professional - winning the Young Lions International Print Competition. Thanks to the contest and a 24-hour brief I managed to win and get a chance to attend the most iconic festival of the entire advertising world. I learned a lot from that experience and was greatly motivated to someday win a real Cannes Lion. It made me fall in love with my profession all over again.
